PRODUCTION PROCESS

Delicious coffee as a result of our precise and experienced coffee making process. It guarantees a high quality of our coffees from the beginning – the first step in making delicious coffee is to make the right coffee bean choice. The initial handling of coffee beans involves cleaning of the green coffee followed by roasting and extraction by hot water. The brewed coffee is treated to reach the specified concentration and is afterwards filled in tins or in BiB. Shock-freezing or aseptic filling are the very best methods in order to maintain the high quality and the full flavour of a liquid coffee concentrate. Only the best parts of the coffee beans finally become AROMAT Cafe.
